Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of FlareTrack. They are meant to keep expectations clear around self-tracking, subscriptions, and appropriate use of the service.
1. Informational use only
FlareTrack is designed to help you organize personal health information that you choose to enter. FlareTrack does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition and does not replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity performed through your account. Do not share account access with others unless and until the product explicitly supports that workflow.
3. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data you enter. Reports, charts, summaries, and reminders depend on user-provided information and may be incomplete or inaccurate if the underlying data is incomplete.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the operation of the product, upload unlawful content, or use FlareTrack in a way that harms other users, the platform, or our service providers.
5. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, pause, or discontinue features over time. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or availability of every feature in every region or browser.
6. Subscriptions and billing
If paid plans are enabled, billing terms, pricing, renewal details, and feature access will be presented before checkout. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You remain responsible for applicable taxes or payment-provider fees where required.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlareTrack is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty of medical fitness, uninterrupted access, or guaranteed outcome. Use the product at your own discretion.
